It is first extracted from de-sugared beet pulp using a new, patented technology and then dehydrated using a sustainable process. The end product is a fine, free-flowing, pale beige powder that can be used in the food industry as a soluble dietary fiber or emulsifying agent when making yoghurt, mayonnaise, various beverages and other products.
